A cool review!

A nice little write up about Caverns of Underwood. In response to a few comments by 'thunderperfectwitchcraft'

I am a 28 year old Australian hobbyist dev with minimal skills. Although I am improving. I work as a roofer by day and like to relax of an evening by creating my own content or playing games. I used to play amateur Australian rules footy as a bit of a side gig. After a few niggling injuries I decided to call it a day before the start of the 2022 season. A few more seasons would have been nice but the body just wasn't there.

I already had a few games on the go and retiring from footy freed up my spare time. I got stuck in to dev work and here we are almost 12 months later.

I do keep most of my games simplistic but I'm  always looking at implementing new ideas and concepts. I do all my own modelling, programming and soundtracks. I'm stubborn and can safely say the finished product it a creation I made unassisted. Quite satisfying in the long run.

I like to install a game and play it. DRMs and all the rest of that stuff does my head in. I grew up inserting a disc into a tray and playing it. Things should be that easy. I Intend to keep it that way. Nice and simple.  I like to give people a reason to hold onto older hardware.
